Parking is located under each unit, if additional parking is needed please park in the open area adjacent to the firepit
All trash must be taken directly to the dumpster, DO NOT leave trash outside the unit or under the unit
Please ensure the dumpster is latched at all times
NO GAS GRILLS or OPEN FLAME FIRE PITS allowed on the decks of any Wabasso unit
When using the fire pit please ensure the fire is out before leaving the fire pit area
